3D renders, architectural – structural – MEP drawings and a detailed estimate.

Step 04Construction contract
Lock in the material package, stage schedule and quality commitments.

Step 05Build & supervision
On-site engineer, weekly photo progress reports and stage-by-stage inspections.

Step 06Handover & warranty
Professional cleaning, key handover, as-built documents and warranty.

FAQ
Do you take projects outside your home province?
Yes. GVG provides architectural design, turnkey construction and interior fit-out nationwide. For remote projects we station a resident engineer and send regular progress reports.
How are design fees calculated?
Design fees are charged per m² of floor area: modern style 100,000 VND/m², neoclassical 150,000 VND/m², classical/château 200,000 VND/m². The same rates apply to interior design.
Are there hidden costs in a turnkey contract?
Every material, brand and unit price is listed in the contract annex. Costs only change if you choose to change the design or materials, and every change is quoted and confirmed in writing first.
How long does a townhouse take to build?
A 3–4 storey townhouse typically takes 4–6 months depending on size, site conditions and weather. The stage schedule is committed in the contract.
What warranty do you offer?
GVG provides a 1-year structural warranty from handover and continues to support inspection and repairs of finishing items afterwards.
